Healthy Heart is a supervised exercise program designed for individuals who:

Supervised exercise sessions to develop cardiovascular conditioning and endurance are essential elements of Healthy Heart. A personalized program will be designed for you based on your stress test results and medical history, personal needs and goals. Highly skilled exercise trainers will monitor pre-exercise and post-exercise heart rate and blood pressure. Each participant's exercise program is assessed on a daily basis for appropriate and progressive cardiovascular development.

Classes are held at 8am, 9am and 10am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
