Meet with our registered dietitian for a nutrition assessment and consultation to set personal nutritional goals that will help you realize your health and fitness goals through good nutrition. We can help you formulate plans for:

- Sports Nutrition/Nutrition for the Active Individual
- Vegetarian or Plant-based Diets
Our healthy eating and weight management program is in a group setting (8-week program). You will learn:

- Why daily exercise is essential for weight loss
- How to prepare quick and easy meals
- How to be restaurant-savvy
- What to buy at the supermarket
- How to manage stress
