A ½ hour class focusing on the abdominals and back. Learn different exercises and tools to keep it fun and effective. - Belly Dancing
A fun and energetic dance class utilizing basic steps and techniques of belly dancing. - BOSU
Cardio strength training using the Bosu ball, jump ropes, and weights. - Cardio Blitz

This type of yoga encompasses and draws from all types of yoga techniques. It includes breath, yoga postures, sound and meditation. This class will help to strengthen your nervous, glandular and immune systems as well as helping to improve your flexibility.

Strengthen and lengthen your muscles. Relax your mind. Release stress as you stretch your way into deep relaxation. Lifestyle, initially created for the Cardiac program, is open to everyone. All levels. - Maximum Strength
Increase muscular endurance and strength through grounded and plyometric exercises. A variety of equipment will be used including body bars, weights, resistance bands and stability balls. All levels. - Mommy and Me
An interactive exercise class that provides an opportunity for group play between moms and their babies. In addition to the mom/child interactions, the instructor will provide a safe and effective workout for moms that are returning to exercise, or beginning an exercise program after their child’s birth. For children between the ages of 6 weeks and 9 months. - Pilates Mat
A mat workout focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body, without building bulk. All levels. - Pilates Reformer

Get off your feet, sit in a chair and be fit. In this class, the instructor will create a safe and nurturing environment for those people that are new to exercise or returning to exercise after an extended period of time.
