- Introduction to Pilates Reformer
Led by a certified Pilates instructor, this FREE single-session demostration introduces beginners to the Pilates exercise apparatus and provides a basic understanding of Pilates exercises to prepare them for the Level 1 Pilates Reformer class. Appointments for the demo are scheduled at your convenience, based on class schedules and availability.

- Level 1 Pilates Reformer
This class, led by a certified Pilates instructor, provides the basic framework on which all Pilates levels will build. Participants learn the correct techniques to enhance a Pilates workout and to understand Pilates cueing. Reformer, tower and small apparatus are used. This class prepares participants for Level 2 Pilates Reformer classes. Appointments are scheduled at your convenience, based on class schedules and availability.
- Level 2 Pilates Reformer
This class, led by a certified Pilates instructor, increases the challenge for participants. Emphasis is placed upon proper Pilates mechanical technique and form. Reformer, tower and small apparatus will be used. Appointments are scheduled at your convenience, based on class schedules and availability.
- Pilates Principles
Learn the Pilates program for body awareness, strength, flexibility and coordination. After completing these sessions, clients will be able to advance into P² comfortably.
- Interval
Designed for clients that want a more intense workout. Still relying on the basic principles of Pilates, adding more integral movements and held for longer and more repetitions. This class is most suited for the participant that has completed at least a 30 Pilates session and wants to take it to the next level.
- Pilates Square (P²) Functional Training
Led by a certified Pilates instructor, this class is offered for six weeks at two sessions per week, set at a specific time. It is recommended clients take the Introduction to Pilates Reformer class before enrolling, but completion of Level 1 and Level 2 is not required.
Team Reformer Training
This affordable small-group personal training accommodates four clients at a time and is typically used to complement a specific cardiovascular class. Team Reformer Training is led by an instructor certified by the National Exercise Trainers Association to teach with a Pilates reformer. The training is offered for four weeks at two sessions per week. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is scheduled at a specific time.Triple Threat
This interval Pilates class utilizes a jump board for the cardio component. The class will be staged in three different jump-board sequences with Pilates reformer movements and exercises in between, followed by a tower workout and gentle stretch. Led by a certified Pilates instructor, this class meets once a week for 12 weeks.
