Women’s Weight Training
Join our small group of ladies (3 to 4) that want to tone, shape and strengthen. This is a fun way to learn new exercises with friends and a great trainer. The results-oriented classes are small to promote more hands-on learning techniques.
Level 1
- Introduction to the weight room
- Learn hands-on which machines work different muscle groups
- Focus on form, safety and technique
- Weight room etiquette
Level 2
- Learn the skills to work with free weights
- Build a bank of knowledge that will stay with you after the sessions are finished
- Progression of exercises and intensity to challenge individual muscle groups
- Increase flexibility
Advanced
- Master the skills of weight training
- Develop and write your own weight-training program
- Learn how to increase muscle strength and/or muscle endurance
- Learn hands-on through weight training how to sculpt your body to achieve the results you desire
