The Memorial Hospital West Fitness & Rehabilitation Center is located on the campus of Memorial Hospital West. We provide one-on-one care to those in need of physical, occupational and speech therapy. We see outpatients of all ages under the supervision of a Florida licensed physician.
We are the largest provider of outpatient rehabilitation services in Broward County. In 2001, we were awarded the “Best Rehabilitation Services Department” by the South Florida Business Journal.
We provide quality care to those who have experienced recent changes following illness, surgery, accident or injury. Our goal is to improve our patients’ ability to function in everyday situations.
Our facility is one of the largest in south Florida incorporating cutting-edge technology, equipment and an aquatic center. We work with fitness and wellness staff to transition patients to lifelong fitness and sports conditioning enhancement programs. We offer free babysitting as a service for our patients.
The therapists at our facility hold a variety of specializations to meet your individualized needs. We practice family-centered care and encourage the participation of family members and physicians to develop a treatment plan that best meets our patients’ needs.
