- Balls & Bands
This is a workout blast! Starting with cardio and abs using a stability ball and moving into toning exercises with bands and weights your body will transform!

- Barbell Blast
A fast paced workout-incorporating Strength-Toning with the use of Bodytoning barbells. Pump It Up!
- Body Blast
Work your body like you never worked before!
Total body workout creating a leaner, stronger more flexible body using functional training movements, resistance balls, free weights and core strength.

In the Body Shop workshop we will use resistance training to increase strength, shape the body and have fun doing it!

High Energy Cardio Class combined with great Toning movements using Stability Balls and More!

Great combo class. Get your heart rate up for a great cardio workout and your feet dancing to the latest music.

This class will have intervals of cardio to get the heart pumping and fun moves using our gliders to work the lower body. Sounds like fun!

- Latin Dance Party
An aerobic work out with Latin twist. Learn to move to different Latin rhythms. Have fun and get a great workout

- Light & Easy
This class is a low level group exercise class. Some participants may perform exercises in a chair. Can be an excellent start for someone coming off of rehab.
- Power Pilates
Class is based on two Pilates formats: western approach for muscle tone and eastern traditions of centering with emphasis on flexibility.

- Spin Surprise
High energy cycling with a touch of spice! Heart pumping cycling and body toning make a great combination. Wow! What a Workout!

High energy class that combines spin cardio and strength training using weights in an interval method.

- Spin-Pilates
A great combination of cycling and Pilates. Your body will love you for the intensity and stress reduction all in one class.

This classes is designed for Memorial Simply Healthy participants. Memorial Employees only.

- Steps and Abs
45 minutes of classic step followed by an intense 15- minute of abs
Moderate/Advanced
- Steptoning
High intensity fat burning /toning step class. Step with the use of light weights towards the end of class. A strong Core Workout at the finish!

A cardiovascular class that consists of routines on an elevated platform. Prior step instruction is recommended. Set up a step orientation appointment at the front desk.

- TKO
High energy! Burn Burn Burn! This classes combines high energy aerobic conditioning with kickboxing moves. Learn basic kickboxing punches and kicks. Some contact. Burn off that stress!
Advanced
- Total Body
Get a total body workout in one class! Short cardio segment warm-up. Long strength training segment using weights, bands, balls and anything a creative mind can think of! Finish with a great stretching cool down.

- PI-YO
A Combination of Pilates and Yoga.
Working on improving core strength, balance and flexibility.
- On The Ball
Improve strength, balance and flexibility working with an exercise ball. The focus of this class is core strength. All levels
- Stretch & Strengthen
Create a leaner stronger more flexible body by using classic sculpting and stretching techniques. Finishing off with a stretching session utilizing straps.

- Sculpt It Up
Shape and define your curves in this weight training class; utilizing balls, bars and weights.

- Abs Express
Zip up your abs with this quickie 15-minute workout
- Pink Ribbon Yoga
A Yoga class designed for individuals with breast cancer. The class emphasizes relaxation, restorative breathing and gentle stretching to promote overall wellness using gentle asana (yoga postures)
- Pure Relaxation
Let go of daily stress, feel tension melt away as you gently stretch tight muscles. Breathing exercises and mental imagery help to ease stress out of your body.

Stretch and perform postures at a slower pace. Breathing and mediation bring harmony between the mind and the body.

Improve the way you look, feel and perform. Stretch and strengthen muscles with out adding bulk. Focus on the core and heighten body awareness. Based on the work of the late Joseph Pilates

Once you mastered the basics of Starting Yoga try YOGA FOR ALL. A great class for those that have become true YOGA lovers and want more!
