Spark Your Child's Enthusiasm for Fitness

Kids in Training is a form of personal training for kids who need a motivating and highly structured setting. Personal goals are determined, and the exercise is more challenging. This is an excellent class for youth who need lifestyle changes and a reduction of potential health risks caused by inactivity and obesity.

Classes are prepaid (eight classes) and scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4pm for one hour at Memorial Hospital West Fitness Center. Please contact us for more information.
