Body Quest
Body Quest Plus gives you a choice of an 8-week or 12-week program that is custom designed to help you reach your fitness goals and obtain optimal results. Body Quest Plus puts the power of trainers and health professionals behind you. Our team includes exercise physiologists, a registered licensed dietitian, certified personal trainers and a lifestyle coach.
8-Week Program Includes:
- Personal Training - sixteen 45-minute sessions
- Lifestyle Coach - one 60-minute initial session and two 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Registered Dietitian - one 60-minute initial session and two 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Exercise Physiologist – pre- and post-evaluations (FE, BF, BMI, measures & flexibility)
12-Week Program Includes:
- Personal Training - twenty-four 45-minute sessions
- Lifestyle Coach - one 60-minute initial session and five 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Registered Dietitian - one 60-minute initial session and five 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Exercise Physiologist – pre- and post-evaluations (FE, BF, BMI, measures & flexibility)
