"This program is meant to be a one-on-one experience in which every participant can achieve his or her own personal goals, such as losing weight, toning muscles and/or improving cardiovascular health and flexibility," says Rob Herzog, Director of Memorial Hospital West Fitness & Rehabilitation Center.
Because you'll want to maintain your healthy results, Memorial Fitness & Rehabilitation Centers have a limited-time offer for BODY QUEST participants.
